All of our jobs use a procedural document package that remains with it until completion.The package consists of explanations and photographs of how materials are to be cut, assembled and tested. Any product Revisions result in complete package revision to be sure that all processes and procedures meet the new revision level for the job. Staff members receive constant training, and they have opportunities to take work-related classes.

RAM ensures all inspection, measuring, and test equipment used within RAM Electronic Industries, Inc., is calibrated and maintained at prescribed intervals to a known state of accuracy traceable to the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Machine Maintenance:
Daily:
Visually inspect for worn/damaged parts.
Lubricate machines as required by the equipment manufactures.
Ensure proper air pressure is regulated to machine (if required)
Wipe down / clean at the end of shift. (operators)
Monthly:
Clean internal areas of equipment
As needed:
Replace worn / damaged belts, drive wheels, bearings, hardware and other miscellaneous parts.
Calibrate servo arms and cut/strip sub-assemblies.
