"Ribbon Cable" is 26 - 30 AWG 0.50" centerline multi conductor cable. Connectors are terminated using Insulation Displacement Technology for gas-tight, cold welded connection between the Cable and Connectors. Ribbon cable may also be split and soldered, stripped and tinned, notched or otherwise tooled in a wide variety of ways.  We can cut, strip, strip and retain, notch, split, tin or terminate Ribbon cables. From our fully automated RCAM machine to various semi automatic and manual processing and termination equipment, we have the tools to get the job done right, every time. We also have vast experience in creating custom tooling to create complex folds with complete repeatability to your specifications. Our labeling capabilities are as comprehensive as your requirements and/or imagination.
