RAM's soldering department is highly trained in hand soldering virtually all types of wire and cable to virtually all types of terminals and connectors. With 30 years of experience, our quality engineers, supervisors and trainers continually strive for perfection.  At RAM we are aware that the connection of the wire and terminal is where "the rubber meets the road" in connectivity. Just as our crimping technology is as good as it gets, our soldering department is on that same level. All of our soldering technicians are trained to meet or exceed the IPC-WHMA A620 standards in every solder joint they create. By only accepting the best from all of our technicians in every job they do we provide the highest levels of consistancy and repeatability in every connection. We can provide RoHS compliant solder assemblies using RoHS compliant Solder stations, solder pots, and RoHS compliant wire and terminals. Our workstations are all temperature controlled and calibrated. Our technicians use all the necessary vices, tools and procedures to gain consistant quality results from one solder termination to the next. Our quality control ensures that all soldering is done at the best possible temperature to maintain absolute quality levels throughout the production run.
